Throughout 2024, we examined the crisis moments experienced by brands in digital media and the impact those crises created. Using data from social media platforms, news websites, and forums, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the origins, scale, and public perception of these crises.
In this report focusing on the digital reflections of the insurance sector, we analyzed social media data using the Norway-based Meltwater platform. With the help of AI-powered analytics, we measured users’ positive, negative, and neutral sentiments about the sector to deliver a comprehensive evaluation.
